Recently I was reading some Emma Curtis Hopkins early work on mysticism and Christianity in this she used the phrase, a half god. It struck me how many of us use our understanding in a half way.
Mystics, Prophet, Teachers all say the same thing awake and remember your true identity. In our state of sleep we approach life half way. Cautiously placing one toe at a time in the stream of reality. Our eyelids flutter momentarily as we grasp the infinite completeness of consciousness and our true connection to God/Truth. Falling back to sleep our sense of divinity falls short of the totality of reality. We participate in life halfway.
There are times, in our lives, when our emotional pain and sense of abandonment is so enormous we want to fade from existence. In a sense this kind of pain is an evolutionary driver of our consciousness. It pushes us into realms of reality we have avoided. To survive we must move beyond our current state of affairs into a new dominion of consciousness. This point of crossing is like a doorway to knowing Truth/God totally, completely, without reservation. You drop your pretense of being half awake and become fully awake. Your half god fades into a dim past for a new understanding of Truth/God being all there is.
Your divinity can’t be known by going to a Sunday meeting, or a once a week drop in visit with God/Truth. To experience God/Truth in its to totality you must participate fully in the divinity of life every moment of your existence. In your thinking every aspect of your daily comings and goings must be divine. Your Translations, prayers, and meditations are not to exclude, change, or heal anything. They are to encompass all life as holy, as divine, and a thought of Truth/God.
You want to rid your life of the pain and confusion, drop the pretense of being half awake and acknowledge your true identity. Let go of having Truth/God in your life half way. Surrender totally to the divinity of all life, to Truth/ God as being all there is.
The Lord Our God, Divine Creator and Ruler of the Universe is using these very words to reveal Himself to you, His chosen prophet, in this caption.
EARTH—Singling out you and you alone among the great many children of His wondrous and bountiful creation, God, the Giver of Life and Maker of the Universe, is speaking to you directly through this story’s headline, heavenly sources reported Thursday.
According to the sublime revelation currently being transmitted by means of this very article, the Almighty Lord, in His infinite wisdom, is calling on you to be His sole living prophet upon this Earth. He is reportedly instructing you to go forth and spread the word of a new and everlasting covenant between God and man, using whatever methods you deem necessary.
“Behold, it is I, the God of your ancestors, Ruler of the Seen and Unseen!” said the One Called Jehovah, casting aside His divine mystery to reveal Himself to you in this paragraph. “I have chosen you from among all men to serve as my hallowed messenger, for you have proven yourself worthy of the sacred task with which I now entrust you: to usher my flock through the dark times ahead, letting no enemy stand in your way.”
“Only you can bring about the final salvation of mankind,” He continued.
God, having long observed the spiritual fire burning within the deepest recesses of your soul, said this day has been inevitable since the moment of your birth. Further reports indicated that even from a young age, you always felt as if you were destined for a greater purpose, perhaps even a divine one, and now, through the instrument of this 600-word news story, the Heavenly Father has confirmed it to be true.
According to the all-powerful, all-knowing deity, you must constantly remain alert for His direct instructions to you, because the next time you hear His voice it might not take the form of the written word but could instead, as in times past, issue forth from a burning bush, a pillar of cloud, the Angel of the Lord, or a blinking crosswalk sign.
He then warned that while some people will try to convince you the voice you hear is not actually His, those who doubt the unwavering truth of your prophecy are the minions of Satan.
“Liars, cynics, and sycophants will attempt to make you stray from the path,” said God, His words again made manifest in a quotation from this article. “They will humiliate you and cause you to endure great trials. They will inflict pain upon your body and laugh as you stumble through the streets. You will know, too, the sting of betrayal, as those you love and trust begin to turn their backs on you. But as long as you heed my divine proclamations, you will have the strength you need to face the idolatrous heathens.”
The Supreme Being went on to decree that these words you are reading right now constitute His greatest message to mankind, their importance standing above the commandments issued to Moses, the olive branch returned by Noah’s dove, and even the teachings of His only begotten son, Jesus. As such, voices from on high have declared that you are the One Above All Others, and that every man and beast upon the Earth must kneel before you.
“If they disobey you, then they disobey me, and they shall be condemned unto eternal darkness,” God said. “Trust that I would not have reached out to you in this most holy of earthly periodicals unless I truly believed in your complete and unquestionable righteousness.”
Added God, “Now go forth, my prophet, and slaughter every nonbeliever in your sight.”
Lera Boroditsky: How language shapes the way we think
There are about 7,000 languages spoken around the world — and they all have different sounds, vocabularies and structures. But do they shape the way we think? Cognitive scientist Lera Boroditsky shares examples of language — from an Aboriginal community in Australia that uses cardinal directions instead of left and right to the multiple words for blue in Russian — that suggest the answer is a resounding yes. “The beauty of linguistic diversity is that it reveals to us just how ingenious and how flexible the human mind is,” Boroditsky says. “Human minds have invented not one cognitive universe, but 7,000.”

Living with contradictions has become a way of life for intelligent people. With Ketman like qualifications leaders assert they have the right to be wrong. Being wrong is more than just aligning oneself with a mistake it deals with joining the delusion of a democracy and the right to expression. Our human past is replete with revolutions born out of Ketman like silence. The Ketman effect is when those in a position to change the course of history, by positive assertion of Truth and premises based on Truth and reality, and yet they deny what is right out of fear and lack of courage. Simply put, the act of covering one’s behind… rather than take a stand for what is right for all people.
Refusing to be responsible is opium to the ego mind. Intelligent leaders are swept up in the euphoria by being mediocre and their unwillingness to shout out for what is right. Why are we willing to sacrifice our sense of justice and equality for all, for this illusion and euphoria of being mediocre? What kind of pill have we been swallowing to allow our country, our world get to this place in consciousness. While we criticize another country for their incarceration of individuals for their need to express themselves we vote in politicians that would limit our freedoms. We vote in those who tell us that our freedoms are limited to their narrow view of life.
We hear politicians tell us that those who are homosexual aren’t of God… what is next? Have we voted these idiots into office and watch while they tell us those who practice learning another language or reading a book or producing a painting are not of God? Not as far-fetched as you might think. Historically the lack of support of arts and languages is the path that dictators take.
The question remains why are intelligent people willing to stand behind a premise that is foul and destructive? How does one live with a contradiction knowing the Truth and yet willing to live the lie? Searching through all that I can I am stupefied by this willingness to accept erroneous beliefs except for one small idea. We have lost our courage and pioneering spirit. Becoming complacent in our convictions and willing to side with erroneous beliefs…
Forget about the red and yellow peril of the past generations and look at what we are constructing. As the leader of democracy, we are a peril to the very health of what democracy stands for. We have decided that equal is treating everyone the same rather than celebrating the individuality of being. We have decided that we know what is of God/Truth. Our policy is no longer one of embracing the huddled masses… but of exclusion.
The courage to be takes us out of the illusion of ordinary into an extraordinary state of existence. Our lives become one of embracing individuality and yet understanding the core of all life is of one idea no matter what it is called. Those with courage of being don’t have to spout their passion they live it. They are willing to stand up in the face of adversity for what is Truth and right for all. Those with the courage to be protect children from the rhetoric of fear and the opium of delusion. Individuality becomes a source of pride and celebration. Freedom for all is the major premise of governing law.
The courage to be is more than accepting Truth. It is about freeing our minds from the captivity of the delusion of freedom and ego. As long as our intellects remain captive we will cover our behinds and invoke the Ketman aspect of consciousness. To become courageous refuse to swallow the bitter pills we are handed stand up to those who would pervert our freedom and feed us false premises.
Have the courage to be as you were created… Learn to be Truth expressing in infinite variety undefined by boundaries of false beliefs. Embrace life outside of predictable outcomes.
WASHINGTON—Expressing outrage at the crude, depraved perennials throughout the nation’s capitol, Vice President Mike Pence was reportedly horrified Tuesday by the D.C. cherry trees flagrantly displaying their reproductive organs for all to see. “Oh, no, this is completely disgusting,” said a visibly agitated Pence, who rushed around urging nearby pedestrians to keep their heads bowed so as to avoid catching a glimpse of the exhibitionistic flora. “How are we supposed to get anything done with these perverted saplings waving their stamens around without any regard for decency? I understand that these trees need to reproduce, but it should be a private matter between a plant and its pollinator, not something that good, upstanding D.C. residents should be forced to endure. I’m afraid to say that these sick, pornographic displays in areas frequented by women and children serve as yet another troubling example of our country turning away from traditional family values.” At press time, Pence was reportedly comforted by the knowledge that before long, his administration’s environmental policies would put a stop to these trees’ licentious behavior.

Lately I’ve been doing an Alex Gambeau. That is, I’ve been Translating every day. I try not to leave the house every day without having done that. [Translation is a 5-step syllogistic method of comparing axiomatic universal truths against the relative truths of the senses.]
Anyhow, a few days ago, I did a Translation and my 5th step conclusion was: “Truth/I am alone.” Or just “I am alone.” That may sound negative because the word alone has some negative connotations. But it also has some positive connotations. Being alone means that there’s nobody out there to judge you, for example. There’s nobody out there for you to try to impress; nobody out there whose expectations you need to meet.
That’s pretty liberating.
So later that day I took a walk to Mt. Davidson, the highest point in San Francisco. On the way down, I felt somebody watching me. I never was one of those who thought that God was watching my every move. But I still feel I’m being watched sometimes. So I asked myself in the spirit of RHS {Releasing the Hidden Splendour or RHS is a class which allows us to give up old outmoded identities for our real identity as being itself, consciousness itself]: When have I felt this way before?
Then I realized. I was watched as a child all the time and, even though I’m sure it was done for the best of reasons, I didn’t always like being watched all the time. In fact, sometimes I resented it.
Once upon a time, as a child, all was one. Then I had my first moment of duality. It wasn’t me and God.
It was me and Mommy. Mommy was my Watcher. Mommy was the great Other. Mommy was my first duality. My gateway to multiplicity.
And so I prayed:
My Mommy, who art on Earth,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy Queendom come.
Thy will be done on earth.
Give me this day my daily bread.
And forgive me my trespasses,
As I forgive them that trespass against me.
And lead me not into temptation,
But deliver me from evil.
For thine is the queendom,
The power, and the glory,
For ever and ever.
Amen.
At least that was my then-awareness in my own private little self-created matriarchy.
