Love that Steven Covey quote:
“Before you climb the ladder make sure your ladder is leaning up against the right building. For me that means, is that building the right structure for you, to expend your passion?”

I see so many times people unhappy with a structure and spending loads of time trying to change or tear down that structure instead of finding a structure that is more suitable to their dreams and passion.

Each system has a way that it has been designed. And by working within its design, natural change occurs but only within the structure of that design. You must be conscious that addition, subtraction, and mulitplicantion are all structures of Math, with very different results.

So we have to ask is that structure and it’s core mission statement one that you can put your ladder on and support where you want to go with your passion? One you will work in for the acceleration of moving within.

As a Mentor in the Prosperos, the core values learned and witnessed from those who came before me, told me this structure is one that I want to build my dream on.
