I had my first teaching position.

I thought our goals were aligned.

I had to sign a contract.

It said “I could be fired at any time, 

for no reason, or any reason.”

I thought that was really terrible!

I hated those words!

But I reused some of them.

I rewrote my contract with the universe.

I could be happy at any time, 

for no reason, or any reason!
