Story of the week: You Walker

You Walker

You walker,
the road amounts to your foot steps, that is the road.

You walker,
there is no road,
you create the road when you walk and when you walk you create the road.

When you turn to look back
you see the path
your feet will never step on again.

You walker,
there is no road,
only wind trails on the sea.

Antonio Machado
Spanish Poet (1875-1939)
Translated by Robert Bly
