  1. When we talk about leadership, be it a person or a group of people, a certain resume of qualities must be present in that person or group of people for them to be effective and successful or you are all wasting your time. 
    Not everybody off the street can be a leader. Their are requirments any organization should require or have for anyone stepping into the title of Leadership., A good leader has to have vision, accountability,  integrity, empathy, adaptability, communication skills, confidence, decisIveness, resilience,ability to do strategic thinking and the ability to inspire others. These traits help leaders guide teams toward a common goal, make tough decisions, and foster a positive and productive environment.
    Vision and strategy
    Vision: A clear picture of the future that helps guide the team.
    Strategic Thinking: The ability to plan for the long term and make smart.
    I have seen people with these qualities and without, and I think we all know groups who have tried to function with and without people with these qualities and which works and which does not.
    I think any group thinking about leadership should invest in finding or developing people with these qualities if they truly want to be successful.
