It’s proof that even if there is no definitive treatment or cure for the disease, doctors are getting better at treating those who are infected. Researchers also think mask-wearing may play a role, as it reduces the initial dose of virus a patient receives. That said, with a 7.6 percent chance of mortality, the disease is still high-risk. |
